April grew up in a rural subdivision of Flagstaff and started working for her family's Arts & Crafts business at a very young age, where she developed a strong moral character, work ethics, and close connections in the community. By age 19 she was running the family business and converted it into an Interior Decorating Company. This made her intimately familiar with the homes and neighborhoods around Northern AZ. She truly cares about her hometown and loves welcoming new residents in to set roots. While working as a Kitchen & Bath Designer for a national web-based Cabinet company, April became increasingly more interest in the real estate industry. She was hired by one of Flagstaff's largest Property Management companies in 2010, and furthered her education, and obtained her AZ Real Estate Licensee in 2011, while still working as a Property Manager. After a few years, April transitioned into Real Estate Sales full-time and started her own Property Management portfolio. April continued her education and obtained her AZ Real Estate Broker License in 2020. April is also an avid Ballroom & Latin Dancer, actively involved in social dance events, and helped establish the Swing Dance Club and Salsa Dance Club at NAU, and the Grand Canyon Salsa Dance Festival. Many locals refer to April as "The Dancing Realtor". April has worked diligently for her clients' best interests throughout her career, with a strong focus on honesty and integrity. She believes in educating her clients so they can make the most informed decisions without regrets.
